Material «?lipdent» is produced:

• in the hyaluronic matrix («Klipdent-GL») ;
• in the collagen matrix («Klipdent-KL»);
• in the polylactide-glycolide matrix («Klipdent-PL»).

PURPOSE

• is used for:
• Filling of defects remaining in jaw after tooth extraction;
• Restoration of hard tissue defects after surgical interventions;
• Filling of periodontal defects;
• Closure of furcations;
• Filling of the defect after removal of the cyst.

FEATURES
Dental material «Klipdent»on grain composition is divided into fractions:

• Small fraction – 100-500 mkm
• Middle fraction – 500-1000 mkm
• Large fraction – 1000-2000 mkm.

The choice of grain size depends on the size of the defect. Then larger the defect, so the larger the grain size should be used.
Materials «Klipdent-GL» based on hyaluronic acid and «Klipdent-?L» based on collagen have a stimulating effect on cell growth and contribute to the activation of reparative osteogenesis in the areas of trauma, accelerating the process of differentiation of newly formed bone tissue, which is expressed primarily in the sharp rise in the proportion of regenerate bone components, as well as a more intense maturation of bone substance.
Material «Klipdent-PL» is produced as set with a co-solvent or membrane. When mixing the granules with a co-solvent material becomes pliable and easy to make in place of the defect. After contact with blood or oral fluid material is compacted, pack the defect, facilitating the procedure of suturing the wound. Material is completely resorbed in the range of 9 to 15 months. Resorption takes place in parallel with the regeneration.
