Indications for use:
• crowns manufacturing;
• coating of fixed dentures (pressed-soldered and whole-piece dentures);

Strong points:
• prolonged time of molding mass pot life in plastic state;
• high cosmetic properties due to layer-by-layer denture modeling using masses of different colors;
• color fastness;
• high degree of plasticity;
• optimal strength and elasticity characteristics;

Application instructions:
The modeling process is carried out directly on the denture framework
• this operation involves the use of whole-piece metal frameworks having retention points;
• degrease the framework with monomer (AKR-7 type) and prime it with varnish (EDA-03 type);
• select the proper color of enamel for the type of dentin that was chosen: enamel color ?1 is used with dentins ? 6, 10, 12, 14; enamel color ? 2 is used with dentins ? 16,19, 20, 24;
• powder-liquid ratio should be 2:1 respectively;
• powder-liquid ratio should be 2 : 1,5 in case a brush is used;
• carry out the process of polymerization in a dental polymerizer at 120°C and 4-5 atmospheres during 10 minutes;

Manufacture by packing plastic into flask
• whole-piece and pressed frameworks may be used to manufacture combined structures;
• degrease and prime the structure;
• use uncolored wax for teeth modeling operations;
• the powder-liquid ratio should be as specified above;
• polymerize plastic packed in a flask in water bath by bringing gradually to the boiling point within 30-40 minutes;
• polymerization process takes 45 minutes;
• the flask should cool down at room temperature;
• treat and polish dentures after they are cooled;
• the color numbers should conform to the uniform dental coloring pattern;
